- You receive a new set of retainers every 6 or 12 months at a discounted rate.
- The 6-month plan has a minimum of 3 cycles, and the 12-month plan a minimum of 2 cycles.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime after the minimum period.
Retainers are manufactured based on your final aligner stage or most recent 3D scan. Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that your last aligner fits properly.
If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will remake the retainers within the guarantee period.
