1) The intake consultation is free. A 3D scan (€100) is required to create your treatment plan and will be deducted if you proceed.
2) Pay in installments via SprayPay (from 14% interest, subject to approval) or interest-free in 2–4 payments via Alma, In3 or Klarna.
3) Prices apply to both upper and lower teeth (except the Go plan). You will visit the treating dentist periodically for check-ups.
4) Orthoclear provides digital aligner planning and production. Treatment is carried out and invoiced by the treating dentist. Dental fees are included in the total price shown.
5) Orthoclear aligners are custom-made medical devices. Treatment suitability and supervision are determined by the treating dentist.

Why does the 3D plan cost €100?

Creating a personalized 3D treatment plan requires digital planning. For this reason, a fee of €100 applies. If you decide to proceed with the aligner treatment, this amount will be deducted from the treatment price.

What payments method are there?

You can pay online via iDEAL or credit card. You can also choose to pay in installments via In3 or SprayPay. Paying in installments is subject to an online check and approval by the payment provider.

is it covered in insurance?

Only with the FLEX and PRO packages may part of the dental fees be reimbursed by your insurer. This depends on the terms and coverage of your dental insurance.

Will the 3D plan be deducted if I start treatment?

Yes. If you decide to proceed with the aligner treatment, the €100 fee for the 3D plan will be deducted from the treatment price.

Do I get all the sets with the aligners right away?

No, the aligners are produced in batches of 15 sets. Transparent aligners work best when they fit your teeth precisely. That’s why new sets are adjusted to the progress of your treatment with the dentist.

Are all costs included in the package?

Yes. All costs for the aligner system and digital planning are included in the package price. There are no hidden costs or unexpected additional fees.

Do you work without dentists?

No. We work together with licensed dentists, and your check-up appointments take place at the dental office, just like with any other orthodontic treatment.

What if my teeth don’t move as planned?

Every smile responds differently to aligner treatment. During the treatment, the dentist will regularly monitor your progress. If needed, the dentist can adjust the plan or have additional aligners made to achieve the desired result.
