The fine print
- The intake consultation is free. A 3D scan (€100) is required to create your treatment plan and will be deducted if you proceed.
- Pay in instalments via SprayPay (from 14% interest, subject to approval) or interest-free in 2–4 payments via Alma, In3 or Klarna.
- Prices apply to both upper and lower teeth (except the GO plan). You’ll visit the treating dentist periodically for check-ups and any planned IPR appointments.
- Orthoclear provides digital aligner planning and production. Treatment is carried out and invoiced by the treating dentist. Dental fees are included in the total price shown.
- Orthoclear aligners are custom-made medical devices. Treatment suitability and supervision are determined by the treating dentist.

Why does the 3D plan cost €100?
Creating a personalized 3D plan requires digital planning, so a €100 fee applies. If you proceed, it's deducted from your treatment price.
What payment methods are there?
Pay online via iDEAL or credit card, or in instalments via In3 or SprayPay — subject to an online check and approval.
Is it covered by insurance?
With Flex and Pro, part of the dental fees may be reimbursed — depending on the terms and coverage of your dental insurance.
Is the scan fee deducted if I start?
Yes. If you proceed with treatment, the €100 fee for the 3D plan is deducted from the treatment price.
Do I get all aligner sets at once?
No — aligners are produced in batches of 15 sets so each set fits precisely and matches your treatment progress.
Are all costs included?
Yes. All costs for the aligner system and digital planning are included — no hidden costs or unexpected fees.
Do you work without dentists?
No. We work with licensed dentists, and your check-ups take place at the dental office — just like any orthodontic treatment.
What if my teeth don't move as planned?
Your dentist monitors progress throughout and can adjust the plan or make additional aligners to achieve the desired result.
