The fine print
- The intake consultation is free. A 3D scan (€100) is required to create your treatment plan and will be deducted if you proceed.
- Pay in instalments via SprayPay (12% annual interest on the outstanding balance, subject to approval — no interest and no BKR registration if repaid in full within 30 days) or interest-free in 2–4 payments via Alma, In3 or Klarna.
- Prices apply to both upper and lower teeth (except the GO plan). You will visit the treating dentist periodically for check-ups.
- Orthoclear provides digital aligner planning and production. Treatment is carried out and invoiced by the treating dentist. Dental fees are included in the total price shown.
- Orthoclear aligners are custom-made medical devices. Treatment suitability and supervision are determined by the treating dentist.

What's the difference between Orthoclear and Invisalign?
Both straighten teeth with clear, custom-made aligners under dental supervision. The biggest differences are price and transparency: Orthoclear works with fixed all-in prices from €1200 including the dental fees, while Invisalign treatment is priced per practice and typically ranges from €2500 to €5500.
Why is Orthoclear cheaper than Invisalign?
We plan and produce the aligners ourselves and work directly with collaborating dentists — without per-aligner brand license fees. You get CE-certified custom aligners and check-ups at a dental practice, at an honest fixed price.
Is the quality comparable?
Orthoclear aligners are CE-certified custom-made medical devices, and every treatment is assessed and supervised by a licensed dentist. During your free intake the dentist checks whether your case is suitable — and tells you honestly if it isn't.
