The fine print
- The intake consultation is free. A 3D scan (€100) is required to create your treatment plan and will be deducted if you proceed.
- Pay in instalments via SprayPay (12% annual interest on the outstanding balance, subject to approval — no interest and no BKR registration if repaid in full within 30 days) or interest-free in 2–4 payments via Alma, In3 or Klarna.
- Prices apply to both upper and lower teeth (except the GO plan). You will visit the treating dentist periodically for check-ups.
- Orthoclear provides digital aligner planning and production. Treatment is carried out and invoiced by the treating dentist. Dental fees are included in the total price shown.
- Orthoclear aligners are custom-made medical devices. Treatment suitability and supervision are determined by the treating dentist.
- Prices shown apply to treatment at our SmileStudios in the Netherlands. Our partner clinics in Romania, Spain and Germany set their own local pricing — contact the clinic directly for a quote.

How much cheaper is Orthoclear than Impress?
At October 2026 list prices: €890 on a light case (€1200 vs €2090), €990 on a medium case (€2400 vs €3390) and €1390 on a complex case (€2900 vs €4290). Impress prices change regularly with promotions, so always check the current price.
How is Orthoclear different from Impress?
Fixed all-in prices that include the dental fees, check-ups at a dental practice with the collaborating dentist, and retainers included with Flex and Pro. Same type of CE-certified clear aligners.
I already started at Impress. Can I switch?
Every mouth needs its own treatment plan, so we can't continue another provider's aligners. But in a free intake we can assess where you are and tell you honestly whether a fresh plan makes sense — and what it would cost.
Are these prices up to date?
