3. AI Image Processing and Face Images

When using the Toothfairy AI mobile application, users may voluntarily upload photographs that contain facial images. These photographs are transmitted to Google Gemini AI services solely for the purpose of generating smile preview images and AI-generated smile videos requested by the user. Uploaded photographs are used only to provide the requested functionality and are not used by the developer for facial recognition, identity verification, profiling, advertising, marketing, or AI model training. Toothfairy™ AI does not collect, store, or create biometric identifiers or biometric face data.

4. Third-Party Services

User-uploaded photographs may be processed by Google Gemini AI services to generate the requested results.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded images are retained only for the minimum period necessary to process the user's request and return the generated result. Images are not stored on developer-controlled servers. Generated results that users choose to save are stored locally on the user's device.
