Why isn't the 3D scan free?
A "free" scan just means a higher treatment price to compensate. We don't think that's a fair concept — so we keep pricing honest instead.
What payment methods are there?
Pay online via iDEAL or credit card, or in instalments via In3 or SprayPay — subject to an online check and approval.
Is it covered by insurance?
With Flex and Pro, which include dental costs, reimbursement may be possible — depending on the terms of your dental insurance.
Is the scan fee deducted if I start?
Yes. If you proceed with treatment, the scan fee is deducted from the treatment price.
Do I get all aligner sets at once?
No — aligners are produced in batches of 15 sets so each fits precisely and matches your progress.
Are all costs included?
Yes. All costs are included in the package price — no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
Do you work without dentists?
No. We work with licensed dentists, and your check-ups take place at the dental office — just like any orthodontic treatment.
What if my teeth don't move as planned?
Your dentist monitors progress throughout and can adjust the plan or make additional aligners to achieve the desired result.
